These Terms & Conditions govern all SwimFitz services, including private swimming lessons. By booking a lesson, you agree to these terms.
Fees & Payment
- All lessons must be paid in advance
- Pricing varies by lesson type and location
- Payments accepted via bank transfer or card
Cancellations & Refunds
- 48+ hours notice: no charge
- 24–48 hours: 50% fee
- Under 24 hours: full fee
- No refunds for missed sessions
Health & Safety
- Clients must ensure pool safety and cleanliness
- SwimFitz is not responsible for unsafe environments
- Children must be supervised outside lesson time
Attendance
- Lessons start at agreed time
- Late arrivals do not extend sessions
Liability
SwimFitz holds public liability insurance but is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe pool conditions or misuse of facilities.
